What is your refund policy?

All payment on finish projects are Non-Refundable Payments can only be refunded if project hasn't yet started, once project has started or is complete there is no refunds. This is because the time placed in the order can't be taken back.
How many revisions per order?

There is a limit of two revision limit, any other revision past this limit will result in a $15 fee per each change. Revisions are for one design only.
What is your Standard Turnaround Time ?

Our standard turn around time is 10 business days without counting weekend Nor Holidays. Turnaound times per different type of services may very so please read the description under order before purchasing. There is an option for Expedite Rush Time that is between 24-48 hrs, and Regular Rush betweeen 5 business days.
How long does the printing process take?

All printing work takes 5-7 days to print before print the client is sent a proof through email to verify. What the client verify is what we print. Once Printing process starts no changes to design can be made.
Do you modify logos that were done by another designer?

No, I do not i only start logos from scratch. This is to avoid situations with other designers and legal work
How do I recieve my digital order once complete?

Once order is complete it will be sent to your email. In every order Email should be added in the text box. If there is no email then the order maybe delayed until client sends email through Instagram.
Do I own the digital designs after recieving them?

Yes, any digital design that does not state proof on them, that is sent via email and states "This is your FINAL ......" is yours lawfully yours to keep.
